All stars are formed from collapsing clouds of gas and dust, often called nebulae or molecular clouds. Over the course of millions of years, these protostars settle down into a state of equilibrium, becoming what is known as a main-sequence star. Stellar evolution is the process by which a star changes over the course of time. Depending on the mass of the star, its lifetime can range from a few million years for the most massive to trillions of years for the least massive, which is considerably longer than the age of the universe.

At OPIUMVALLEY, we want you to love what you wear. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our available customer support channels.

Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

1. Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product delivered is:

• Defective or damaged.
• Incorrect in size, design, or colour compared to the order placed.
• Different from the product originally ordered.

2. Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Please retain the original tags and packaging until your request is resolved.

3. Change of Mind

If you receive the correct product in the size, design, and colour you ordered but decide you no longer want it, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind requests. Exchanges may be considered subject to availability and approval by OPIUMVALLEY.

4. Inspection and Approval

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification by OPIUMVALLEY. If an item shows signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the request may be declined.

5. Shipping Charges

If the return or exchange is approved because we sent a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team for instructions regarding shipping arrangements.

For requests arising from a change of mind or other reasons not attributable to OPIUMVALLEY, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping charges, where an exchange is approved.
