We do not accept used or washed products for return or exchange.

Customers can exchange/ return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. The return request needs to be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Size exchange:

In case the size you chose does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just contact us at care@opiumvalley.in or on Instagram @opiumvalley_official for us to assist you.

You will need to courier the product back to us (unused and in original condition) within 15 days of receiving the product.

• How can I send the product back?

        You can send it via any courier service or registered post.

• What is the address to return items?

        Please mail us at care@opiumvalley.in along with the order id and we will send you the details.

• How much do you reimburse for the courier charges occurred?

  Please choose a cost-effective courier service. We usually recommend India Post. We reimburse a maximum of Rs. 150/- in the form of coupon for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.

• By when can I expect the new size to be delivered?

         Upon receiving exchanged product, we will ship the new product immediately.

Refund:

In case, you are unhappy with the product, we refund the entire amount directly to your account or PayTm. You will need to courier the product back to us as mentioned above. Refunds shall be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of product to care@opiumvalley.in.

**We will not entertain a refund or cancellation request of a product if the customer wants a refund solely because of a delay in delivery. Due to network/operational issues by the courier the order could delay by a couple of days. Kindly allow upto 7-8 days for the order to be delivered and plan your vacations accordingly. **
